Fresh fruits/ vegetables/ exotic vegetables so ordered through the online portal shall also reach within 3-4 day(s) from the date of online order. All such fresh fruits/ vegetables/ exotic fruits/ vegetables shall reach with the weather packed condition. Delivery of the fresh fruits/ vegetables/ exotic fruits/ vegetables and other organic produce/ groceries shall reach to the customers/ buyers in the cities of Cuttack/ Bhubaneswar within 1-2 days of the online order/ purchase(s). The return of the ordered/ purchased goods shall be in case of durable groceries only. Return of the ordered/ purchase of fresh fruits/ vegetables/ exotic fruits/ vegetables are not applicable at all. Return & Refund of Produce/ Products:

Produce/ products/ services related complaints for refund/ replacement are subject to the “Refund and Return Policy” at “Return Policy” of M/s Balia Organics (India) Pvt. Ltd. All the valued/ esteemed customers and M/s Balia Organics (India) Pvt. Ltd. un-conditionally agree that they are governed by the “Return Policy”.

 

Governing Law & Jurisdiction:

By agreeing to these terms and conditions you agree that in case of any dispute you will be governed by the Laws of India without reference to conflict of laws of principles and exclusive jurisdiction lies with any Courts in the State of Odisha.

In many special cases the produce/ products so transported by the M/s Balia Organics (India) Pvt. Ltd. to concerned esteemed purchaser/ esteemed customer of M/s Balia Organics (India) Pvt. Ltd.; in case damaged shall be replaced and exchanged within 1-2 day(s) time period.
